If you’re experiencing trouble with any of our applications, it is very likely due to a discrepancy in the version of the device software you’re running versus what the applications requires. Our applications take advantage of cutting edge techniques.

1. In all cases, the first step is to ensure you are running the most recent software our device manufacturer offers. With an iPad, for example, simply connect your device to your computer and iTunes will guide you through updating your device.
2. If you software is up-to-date and you’re still encountering trouble, a simple restart of your device will resolve nearly all issues. With an iPad, for example, simply hold the Power button until the display indicates how to Restart.
3. If your software is up-to-date, you’ve restarted your device (not just the application) and you’re STILL experiencing trouble . . . well, then we need to talk!
